Shipping and Returns

• We offer worldwide shipping. Cost is calculated at checkout. 
• United States / Canada: 6-12 business days with DHL
• United Kingdom / Western Europe: 4-12 business days with DHL
• South America: 6-12 business days with DHL
• Asia: 4-12 business days with DHL
• Rest of World: 6-12 business days with DHL
• International shipping may take longer in some cases. This is out of our control and depends on circumstances such as customs, strikes, etc. 
• All international orders will receive a tracking number once it is generated by DHL. 
• International orders are sent out from our warehouse twice a week.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS

• You can return a faulty or damaged snow foam cannon for a full refund within one year of receiving your original order.
• We'll refund the price you purchased your item at. This includes sale items. If you’d like a refund for your goods but you can’t return them to us for any reason, then a refund for those goods will be at our discretion.
• The items are your responsibility until we receive them, ensure they are packaged sufficiently enough to not get damaged on the way.
• Where possible, returned items should include tags and the original packaging.
• The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense. Any returned items that are not received by Foamee will not be issued a refund. We recommend you obtain proof of postage/tracking.
• Items returned outside of warranty must be in brand new condition.
